Community Care Ministries was founded in 2001 by three women who realized a need and began to provide health and spiritual services for residents in the Pottawatomie and Wabaunsee counties in Northeast Kansas. In the years since, we have provided thousands of hours of FREE healthcare, along with food assistance.

Today we serve those same counties and provide a variety of services, programs and resources to move people toward independence and well-being.

We have surrounded itself with committed and passionate people. We are supported by professional and caring employees, an incredible group of volunteers, a Board of Directors with true leadership and dedicated community partners.
